Retrieve an existing resource.

Use this endpoint to retrieve an existing resource from the database. The media type of the binary is defined in the Content-Type header. Byte serving is supported. The Cache-Control response header is set to expire the resource in a year.
User roles: admin, manager, editor, viewer
